I recommend at least an 8 week training program for the 5k or 10k distance. 

If it is your first time running this distance I will guide you through your training and help answer all those little questions before race day.  On my program, you will be prepared to make it to the finish line!

If you are looking to run a personal record time for 5k or 10k distances I will help you get sharp for the race, taper down, and be fresh and ready to run FAST!
